• Are screened through a personal interview process by the Directors of Top Tutors
• References are checked
• Background checks performed by either Top Tutors or a school district currently employing the tutor
• Are certified or teachers with a specialty, with varying levels of experience
• Very enthusiastic, positive and strive to build self confidence in each student
• Always punctual, well organized and highly qualified in their subject area
• Constant communication and guidance between the Top Tutors Directors and the tutors
• Are continuously reviewed and monitored for their performance

Many of our tutors also have experience working with learning disabled children, such as students with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and short term memory problems.
